Project Description:
Provided fast track preconstruction estimating, permit expediting, value engineering and general contracting services to complete a 30,000 square foot interior renovation. The project was to facilitate the relocation of Broward Counties Aviation Department (BCAD) from their airport location to facilitate the new runway project. Design, permit and completion was achieved in just over 3 months.
