Project Description:
Provided general contracting for The Port retail space of 4,500 square feet located in The Port Condominium building. The scope of work included installing a structural slab on pile caps and a complete interior build out. Located in a high rise building, special attention was required for the smoke evacuation and fire alarm systems.
