Town Center Park

Project Description:
Town Center park was built on two and one half acres of land donated to the City of Sunny Isles by The Related Group in exchange for the Ocean Four project development rights. The Park included two separate play areas one for older children and one for younger children protected by a freeformed suspended sun shade. The remaining area contained a jogging path, fitness course and open fields.
